Shu
Uemura
has just release a lovely new collection of 9 Rouge Unlimited
lipsticks in a beautiful range of
pinks, made with an innovative
pink hybrid pigment developed for the first time
ever, to deliver unprecedented pureness
of the color pink.
We had the opportunity to try several of the shades and here is an overview
of the line and favorite shades!
The Rouge Unlimited line is really advanced technologically. These
lipsticks are much glossier and lighter than most lipsticks on the market.
The amount of pink pigment in these shades is incredible. For those of you
looking for a fresh, pretty pink to spice up your makeup look for spring,
these shades deliver!
The lipsticks provided long lasting wear (through meals, drinks, etc.) and
yet did not dry out my lips at all. These are lipsticks that are like a
combination of a stain,
combined with the glossy effect of a moisturizing
gloss. – RLB

Most of our
testers loved this shade. It's a medium rose pink with a touch of red.
This can be built up for a very bright lip or layered lightly for an
everyday stain.
This works well up
to a Vivica Fox Shade.

PK 369,

fantastic cool toned bright pink. This looked great on our testers in the
Salma Hayek-Rosario Dawson range as well.

Perfect for those of you looking for a light, your lips but better shade,
but not exactly neutral. This works best up to a Paula Abdul shade.
