Synergy Organic’s Eco Friendly Dresses

Until recently organic clothing was rare and hard to find. Now I’m starting to see it everywhere. It seems, however, that a lot of organic lines are still not at a price within my budget. But hopefully that trend is changing.

Synergy Organic seems to be one notable exception to this, with organic summer dresses and skirts that are no more expensive than what I’d pay for a typical non-organic summer dress. Synergy Organic’s line is made of SKAL certified cotton using low impact dyes and made according to fair trade labor practices.

In particular I love their hemp belted dress, which sounds like it would be horribly unattractive, but is actually very cute.  It comes in three different colors – I’ve just ordered the chocolate brown one, as I expect I’ll be wearing this dress well into the fall (maybe with my new boyfriend blazer or organic jeans).
