Bodum Assam Cast Iron Tea Pot

I have owned at least two Bodum glass tea pots and use it every day. I am an avid tea drinker and use a different tea pot for black tea and one for green tea. I have been using a traditional Japanese cast iron tea pot for my green tea and the Bodum glass tea pot for my black tea (Typhoo). After spending time in Japan it doesn’t seem right to steep green tea in an ordinary glass or ceramic tea pot. So of course I was thrilled when I found this Bodum Assam Cast Iron Tea Pot for my green tea. I love the heft and weight of the cast iron tea pot combined with the functionality of the built-in tea press. Now I can have the best of both worlds in one great looking tea pot.
