Agoo Rain Jacket Keeps Kids Warm and Dry without Bulk

I absolutely love this rain jacket from Agoo. I bought it slightly on the larger size for my son in hopes that it will fit him next year as well. With it’s drawstring waist, it can be cinched up not only to fit him better, but to keep the cold air from getting underneath the jacket. The little zippered pockets on the front give the jacket a little something extra. There is also a zippered pocket near the bottom on the back of the jacket. We aren’t sure what to use this pocket for, but it sure looks cute! The cuffs have an extra piece of fabric with thumb holes to help keep little hands warm. They can easily be tucked inside the sleeves when they aren’t needed. The shoulders have a reflective strip of detailing across the front which not only looks nice but provides a function- to make children more visible in the dark- a nice safety feature!  The hood comes far enough over the forehead to really keep the rain out yet it is light and lays nicely when it’s not needed so that it isn’t bothersome. Though lightweight, this jacket is still very warm and the lack of bulk makes it wearable even in car seats.

If by chance my son outgrows his Agoo rain jacket by next year I won’t hesitate to buy him another. Since it’s gender neutral and I am positive that it will last for years, my daughter will also be able to wear it.
