I’m constantly on the quest for environmentally friendly everything, and clothing is no different. I’ve become obsessed with the organic cotton and recycled fiber garments from Alternative Apparel, but oftentimes organic means pricey, and not always the best of quality either (the garments can get “pilly” rather quickly). My boyfriend’s Mom told me about Seed Supply Co , currently offered at Wal-Mart, that offers incredibly soft and stylish organic cotton pants, tees, tanks, and leggings ranging from only $4-$10. These pricepoints are amazing for organic goods, and I have to commend Wal-Mart for using their buying in massive bulk power in a more
conscientious way. My favorite? Definitely the Organic Cotton Tank Dress, which will be just perfect on a steamy, 90 degree Manhattan day.
