Baby Food Made Easy

babyfood

If you are a new mother who is ‘going green’ or trying to save money making your own baby food is an excellent step in the right direction.  Not only does it allow you full control over what your baby eats, but guarantees that your child is eating fresh, highly nutritious food that is free from additives and pesticides while simultaneously offering them a wide array of tastes and textures.

Here are a two simple items to help get you started:

1. Purchase a Beaba Babycook- Sure, you can use your own blender, an inexpensive food mill or a food processor but often times these items create more mess.  Using them requires pots for steaming, a strainer and more.  The Beaba Babycook, while an investment up front, saves time, space and money in the long run because it allows you to do it all with the one machine.

2.   Food Cubes- Making your own baby food means you can prepare a lot all at once  and then freeze it.  You can purchase large and small food cubes or use an ice cube tray to freeze the baby food for later consumption.

Once you have your system and supplies in place you can easily create many delicious foods that your baby will love.
