Go Green with Vaska Home Laundry Products

Vaska is a California based company that develops botanical solutions for household, institutional, and industrial cleaning. Vaska is committed to using only healthy, green, and safe ingredients in its formulas.

Vaska’s home laundry products include Herbatergent, Herbasoft fabric softener, Spotoff stain remover, and Oxygenbleach

The top hotels in San Francisco, including the Ritz-Carlton and Joie de Vivre hotels use Vaska. In August, the San Francisco Giants also started using Vaska exclusively to wash player uniforms. The fact that such well known entities are using Vaska speaks volumes for the product.  I’ve tried Herbatergent Scent Free myself and was not disappointed.  It seems to be well formulated and gets the job done.  I liked knowing it was free of irritants for my children’s sensitive skin.  Plus, I felt good by doing my part using an earth friendly product.

Save Money & Go Green with GreenWashBall in Your Laundry

green-washball

As a mom, I am always looking for greener alternatives to every day products.  As parents, it is our job to do our part to preserve the earth for our children and future generations.

GreenWashBall is used in place of laundry detergent in your washing machine. It is chemical free and works by emitting negative ions that weaken the adherence of dirt on fabrics so that it is easily removed. The Ph is equivalent to ordinary chemical detergents and can remove chemical, grease and organic stains in one wash cycle.

The GreenWashBall is:

  • Eco-friendly It saves the environment from three years worth of plastic laundry bottles and boxes
  • Non toxic It does not contain phosphates, surfactants, or flourescent dyes. This protects our soil and water systems
  • Hypo-allergenic Contains no harsh detergents or dyes- perfect for babies and those with sensitive skin
  • Economical A single GreenWashBall can be used to wash a daily load of laundry for up to three years for less than four cents per load (A savings of about $1200 over three years)

Not using soap may be an extreme step for some.  If you can’t fathom not using a detergent, try an eco-friendly version.
