The summer shoe sale season is in full swing although there are at least two and a half more months of summer to go. And for many lucky inhabitants of warmer climates summer lasts all year long. Now is the time to stock up on pretty flat sandals that you can wear for the rest of the summer or save to wear on your wintertime beach resort holiday. I always get a thrill out of saving a new pair of gorgeous sandals for a winter escape to a tropical island paradise. Flat summer sandals aren’t as heavy duty as winter boots and most likely won’t last more than a season, so buying on sale is a smart move. Spring is definitely a time of transitions — and fast ones, at that; one day you need your down coat, and the next you're in shorts! Banana Republic had a sale this past weekend, but you can still snatch some great "leftovers" online. These summer dresses are marked down on sale and – as always with Banana – effortlessly classic.
As you can see, there are a variety of styles on sale – and I love them all – from striped empire waist jersey number to a circle v-neck print and a subtle graphic print, you'll find something for every version of your summer wardrobe.
