Christian Siriano and Dolce & Gabbana both went absolutely nuts this season with the crazy shoes – not just heading upward, but outward and in every other direction, too.  Basically if you’ve ever wanted to go all-out and pimp your footwear choices the maximum possible level, now’s your chance.

These  Guiseppe Zantotti Swarovski-embellished sandals have a million things going on at once and they’re eye-catching.  Yes, these shoes are over the top, but why not take a risk and go all out. But at $1,150 you may have to think twice!

The Dirt On Flip Flops + Stylish Flip Flop Alternatives

Last year, we reported that flip flops can be bad for your feet, now there are reports that they can actually be bad for your health. New studies reveal that thousands of gross and even deadly bacteria may be lurking at this very moment on your favorite flip flops. Ew. If that isn’t enough to make you think twice about slipping on your summer favorites, we don’t know what is.

What to do about it? You can clean your feet and flip flops with alcohol or antibacterial wash at the end of the day and avoid touching your feet or wearing them around your home. Surf’s Up – The Ultimate So Cal Flip Flop

I’m going to be going down to LA to visit some friends, so I was preparing for my trip with a little LA-themed retail therapy. First stop: Rainbows. Now, I lived in LA as a kid and went to college there, too so I can attest to the fact that it has an interesting style dynamic. To a certain extent it’s all about the look – what you’re wearing, how it’s put together, is it bold enough, hip enough, creative enough, but not too creative?
