How to Decorate a Very Long Wall

I’m pretty happy with most the decorating decisions I’ve made in my apartment, but there’s still one place that irks me. It’s the wall in the hall between the kitchen and my bedroom. It’s a long, narrow hallway, with an equally long and narrow wall.

Leaving it bare was never an option — it seemed so sad and lonely. But hanging just one picture would never be enough. So I started looking for sets of paintings — photos that would come in threes and fours. While the ones that I really like are still a bit out of my budget, I’ve waited this long, so I’m happy to wait a little longer for the perfect mate for my lonely little wall.

Choosing, printing, and gluing pictures to this frameable family tree (which fits in an IKEA Ribba) is so much more fun than just scribbling in the names.
