Detox Your Body and Soul the Safe Way

If you are like me and you travel often, attend events where the drinks are flowing, tables are covered with carbs, salt and sugar-laden delectables or you have simply been eating too much of a bunch of good things, then you might need to do a detox.
When I’m feeling puffy, stale and like my whole body is weighed down by some force I cannot see I know it is time for a detox. It’s time to strip my daily diet of all sugars, salt, carbohydrates and animal protein. While I do lose some water weight and feel fantastic afterward I could not get through the process for one day, let alone four, without these great products.
The Detox Book- You can’t begin without doing a bit of research. Reading up on why and how to properly conduct a detox is the safest, smartest way to go about it. It’s not all about eating less.
Tea- While drinking that two quarts of water, with lemon and without you might want to mix it up with some hot or cold green tea and a box of Smooth Move tea.
Yoga- Detox for your body involves a certain diet. Detoxing your soul is all about the moves. It’s important to reduce your stress levels while detoxing and attending a yoga class at your gym or doing a few poses at home will improve your mind and body immensely.
Whether you decide to detox for one day or several it takes a bit of time and planning to get it right but the results are always worth the effort.
